Yes, you can send your order directly to the recipient by entering their delivery address at checkout.

When you purchase a custom product as a gift, we'll send you an impression kit that you can give to the recipient alongside your own personalised note or Christmas card. Once they take their impressions and ship them back to us (completely free of charge), we'll create their custom product and send it directly to them. They don't pay a thing.

The impression kit includes everything needed to take accurate impressions at home, along with clear step-by-step instructions and a prepaid return label. Your recipient simply follows the guide, takes their impressions, and posts the kit back to us at no cost.

Once we receive the impressions, your recipient's custom product will be made and shipped within 2-3 working days. We'll keep them updated throughout the process via email so they know exactly when to expect their gift.
