Fast-track Your Return
First, after all impressions have been approved, request access to our returns portal from our WhatsApp advisor.Shipping back to us typically takes 1–3 working days, depending on how often DPD collects from your chosen drop-off point. We recommend asking staff about their collection schedule, as some locations only collect once per week.
For the fastest return, we strongly recommend using a DPD depot. Parcels dropped off there are usually returned to us the next working day—just 1 working day in transit. Find your nearest depot by clicking here.
We strongly advise against using DPD lockers, as they’re a newer service and can experience delays. If a depot isn’t an option, please check your drop-off point’s collection schedule to avoid hold-ups.

Eligibility Help
What if I have more than six missing teeth?
We can still help—even if you have six missing teeth. Select six missing teeth, and we will replace them; your veneers will then end at the next natural gap.
What if I’m missing five or more teeth next to each other?
• Within Your front Teeth (front 6):
If you’re missing more than five or more front teeth next to each other, we won’t be able to cover that span with a click-in veneer and this appliance wont work for you.
• Back Teeth:
If you’re missing five or more teeth next to each other at the back, you can still order—but they will end at the last natural tooth before the gap. The veneers cannot extend over the empty space because, without any teeth there to anchor it, it would have nothing to hold onto and would be loose in your mouth.
What if I have more than 3 large gaps?
If you have more than three large gaps over 1.5 mm each, we can still make this for you. However, your veneers will cover only the three selected large gaps and up to six missing teeth, and then end at the next natural gap.
How do I proceed with this?
When you reach the questionnaire section about missing teeth and large gaps, simply select the maximum allowed number.
We will then design your appliance to cover that maximum—both replacing teeth and filling gaps—and it will end at the next natural gap.

Shade Guide
Diamond White (BL1)
The brightest, most dazzling shade we carry. Think of the whitest “Hollywood smile” you’ve ever seen—BL1 is designed to look brilliantly bright (even a little “artificial”), like permanent veneers at their peak.
Natural White (A1)
The brightest shade that still reads as 100% natural. A1 mimics freshly professional-whitened teeth—clean and bright without ever looking overdone.
Ivory White (A2)
A warm, light ivory tone for genuinely natural-looking teeth. A2 gives you a subtle enhancement that never looks like intense whitening—just healthy, off-white perfection.

Missing Teeth
Any tooth that’s cracked, broken, severely chipped (over ¼ gone), or fully absent is considered “missing” for our rebuild process.
How many teeth can we replace?
We can rebuild up to six teeth per arch, seamlessly blending them with your natural smile.
What will it look like?
Your click-in veneer will cover any gaps or missing sections, so the finished smile appears complete and even.
Is the veneer hollow? Can I bite and chew normally?
No—the veneer is made of solid, durable material that fills in the missing areas, so you can bite and chew just like your natural teeth.

How do I proceed with more than 6 missing teeth?
On the questionnaire simply select the maximum allowed number of missing teeth.
We will then design your appliance to rebuild and cover 6 missing teeth and fill gaps, ending at the next natural gap.

No Rebuild Needed
Slip on a brighter, confident smile in seconds. These veneers fit right over your existing teeth — no drilling, no dental work, no stress.
What can they cover?
• Stains from tea, coffee or smoking
• Deeper yellowing from ageing or medications
• Worn-down enamel that looks dull
• Small chips or hairline cracks
• White spots or surface marks

Rebuild My Smile
If you’ve got missing parts of teeth, larger damage or uneven spacing, we’ll carefully rebuild those areas into a natural-looking, functional smile. Every extension is custom-made for symmetry and comfort.
When should you choose this?
• Larger chips or broken teeth
• Cracked teeth that need full coverage
• Wider gaps between teeth
• Teeth that are missing or haven’t grown in properly
• Severe wear from grinding
• Short or flattened teeth
• Unusual tooth shapes like peg laterals
• Irregular-looking teeth needing a more natural shape
• A single damaged or discoloured tooth that stands out

Small Gaps
Noticeable spaces between your teeth that are less than the width of two standard plastic bank cards — about 1.5 mm in total.
What is a small gap?
If one bank card fits comfortably between your teeth but two won’t slide in side by side, you’ve got a small gap. Each card is about 0.76 mm thick, so anything below 1.5 mm qualifies.
Will click-in veneers fix this?
Yes — our veneers are perfect for closing these kinds of gaps. They smooth over the space for a full, even smile.
What if your gaps are bigger?
If you can fit two bank cards side by side between your teeth, select “Large Gaps” instead — we’ll need to plan a subtle rebuild to blend everything naturally.
What will it look like with veneers on?
Your smile will appear full and even, with no gaps showing — just seamless, natural-looking teeth.

Large Gaps
Spaces between your teeth that are wide enough to fit two or more plastic bank cards side by side — that’s roughly 1.5 mm or more in width.
What is a large gap?
If you can easily slide two debit or credit cards into the space without force, that’s a large gap. If it only fits one, it’s considered small.
Can click-in veneers fix large gaps?
Yes — they can close wider gaps too. For larger spaces, we’ll custom-build extensions to fill the space naturally and comfortably.
Will this require a rebuild?
Yes. Large gaps require us to extend the tooth shapes more significantly. That’s why you’ll move forward to the rebuild planning step — we’ll design the veneers to fill your smile seamlessly.
How big can the gaps be?
Large gaps can be anything from just over 1.5 mm all the way up to the width of a full tooth.
To close these, we extend the surrounding teeth on either side to complete the look of your smile. If the space is about the size of a full tooth, we may fill it with a lifelike artificial tooth — but only where it looks natural.
For example, if the gap is between your two front teeth, we won’t place an extra front tooth in the middle. Instead, we’ll reshape the area so it blends seamlessly with your natural smile.
What if I have more than 3 large gaps?
If you have more than three large gaps over 1.5 mm each, we can still make this for you. However, your veneers will cover only the three selected large gaps and up to six missing teeth, and then end at the next natural gap.
How do I proceed if I have more than 3?
Simply select the maximum allowed number.
We will then design your appliance to cover that maximum—both replacing teeth and filling gaps—and it will end at the next natural gap.
What will it look like once it’s done?
The veneers will completely close the gaps, giving you a full, even, gap-free smile. Everything is designed to look natural — no one will ever know.

Chipped Teeth
A “chipped” tooth is one where only a small piece—less than about ¼ of its height—is broken off or cracked. If you’ve lost more than that, mark it as “missing.”
How do I know if it’s “chipped” or “missing”?
If the chip affects only a small part of the tooth’s front surface—less than one-quarter—select “chipped.” For larger breaks or deep damage, select “missing.”
Will the veneers cover chips?
Yes—when you wear your veneer, it hides any small chips by fitting over your teeth and creating a smooth, even edge.
Is the veneer hollow? Can I bite and chew normally?
No—your click-in veneer is made of solid, durable material. It’s not hollow behind, so you can bite and chew as usual without worry.
What if more than ¼ of my tooth is gone?
If the missing piece is larger than one-quarter of your tooth’s height, mark it as “missing” so we can rebuild that area under the veneer.
How will my smile look?
Your veneer conceals and smooths over any damage—chips or missing sections won’t be visible, leaving you with a flawless, complete smile.

Retainer Thickness
Which Thickness Should You Choose?
Both options are made using high-grade, UK-sourced material and shaped with precision from your impressions. They’re discreet, effective, and clinically trusted.
Most opt for the 1.5mm
- Built for long-term strength and retention
- Holds shape better under pressure
- Ideal for overnight wear or mild grinding
- Still discreet, still comfortable — just more durable
- The same thickness often used in clinical settings
1.0mm is Slimmer and Lighter
- A good option if you're after something ultra-low profile and minimal. It still offers reliable retention for lighter use or shorter wear.
Both are custom-made, both are made using premium-grade materials — but 1.5mm is built for real-life wear.
The choice depends on how you plan to wear it. If you’re unsure, many people opt for 1.5mm for the added strength and peace of mind — but both options offer reliable, professional-grade retention.

Our Click-In Veneers are custom-made cosmetic appliances designed to enhance your existing smile by covering imperfections such as discolouration, small chips, minor gaps (under 2mm), and even replacing up to six missing teeth per arch. They are not designed to straighten or realign your natural teeth, nor are they a substitute for orthodontic or restorative dental treatment.
Eligibility Criteria
Before placing an order, all customers are required to complete a mandatory eligibility questionnaire at checkout and agree to the eligibility terms below.
Please note, these veneers do not correct tooth position. They are a removable cosmetic cover, not a dental device that alters your bite or alignment.
You must acknowledge the following:
“I understand this will not straighten, realign, or correct the position of my teeth. It is a cosmetic appliance designed to enhance my current smile by covering discolouration, minor chips, small gaps, or up to six missing teeth per arch. I understand it will not fix overlapping, crowded, small, or receding teeth.”
We can include up to six missing teeth per arch, provided there are natural teeth on either side of any large gap. We can replace up to four missing teeth in a row — but only when there is a natural tooth at each end of the gap to support the veneer. If you're missing five or more teeth in a row with no teeth on either side, this product is not suitable for that area.
Before completing your purchase, you must tick the following boxes:
- “I’ve read and meet the eligibility criteria”
- “I’ve read and agree to the Terms & Conditions”
A copy of these Terms is emailed to you and tracked for reference.
Accuracy of Information
By submitting your answers and confirming your eligibility, you accept full responsibility for the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided. If you knowingly provide false or incomplete answers, or fail to disclose relevant dental issues, and proceed with an order, we reserve the right to cancel the order upon review of your impressions.
In these cases, you will not receive a full refund. Instead, a partial refund will be issued, minus the following:
- £20 to cover the cost of the impression kit (non-refundable and non-reusable)
- £20 administration fee to cover handling and prepaid shipping costs
This policy helps protect our time, materials, and service availability, while keeping the process fair and efficient for all customers.
