Stone and plaster models are fragile and carry a risk of breakage during transit, handling, or during the manufacturing process. If a model breaks at any stage, we cannot proceed as we can only work from the original model you provide.

3D printed models can occasionally break during the production process depending on their structure, material, and the type of appliance being made. Please ensure they are robust and well printed before sending.

If you choose to send your own models, you do so entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit by couriers. If you prefer added protection, we recommend using your own courier service with appropriate insurance.

Please be aware that during the manufacturing process, your models may receive minor scratches or surface marks from machinery and equipment. This is a normal part of production and is sometimes unavoidable. While we take care when handling your models, some marking or wear during the fabrication process is beyond our control. Your models will still be returned to you, but they may show signs of use from production.
