Details on how long orders take, production schedules, express options and what to expect from order to delivery.

UK orders ship next working day. For custom appliances, express production upgrades are available at checkout. Ask us to explain fees and options.

If the order hasn’t been dispatched or entered production, yes. Contact support to swap items or adjust your order. Once it’s in production or shipped, changes cannot be made.

Yes, as long as your item hasn’t been dispatched or impressions submitted. Custom-made products often can’t be cancelled once manufacture begins.

Yes, you can update your delivery address, but this must be done before we dispatch your order. Once your appliance has left our lab, we are unable to amend the address on our end.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, log in to your account at https://myaccount.venneir.com/profile, go to the My Details page, and update your shipping address. Please make sure you delete all previous addresses so your order is sent to the correct location.

If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to download the DPD app and change the delivery address directly through DPD.

Please note: depending on what stage your order is at in our lab, address changes made on your account may not always be picked up in time. We strongly recommend checking the DPD app once you receive your tracking details to confirm the correct delivery address. If your appliance is delivered to the address provided on your original order because the update was not made in time, we cannot accept liability for this.

Contact us ASAP. If changes can be made before dispatch or production, we’ll help. If already made, we can’t swap or refund that part of the order.

If something is missing, email us at cs@venneir.com with your order number. We’ll send the missing item or coordinate resolution quickly.

  • Retainers, night/day guards & whitening trays: 5 working days after receiving the impression
  • Click-in veneers & missing-tooth retainers: 7‑10 working days


Occasionally we run express promotions for faster delivery.

Yes. Express upgrades are available at purchase. If your order is still in pre-production, contact us to move to express services.

Production starts on the first working day after we receive your final, approved impression and all specifications (shade, tooth count, etc.).

If your impression arrives after 2:00 PM, the production timeline will begin on the next working day

Bank holidays pause production and shipping times. For example, if we receive your impression just before a bank holiday, the lead time resumes the next working day.

Yes. We’ll email you when your impression is received, when your appliance passes quality control, and when it has been dispatched.

If the impression is unusable or missing details, we’ll contact you immediately to request a remake. Delays due to shipping don’t count against you.

If your order has not entered production yet, we can often switch it to express. Contact us as soon as possible to check availability and extra cost.
