How to Send Your Scans
Place your order and select ‘I’ll upload digital scan files’. Then head to the One Click portal. Log in with your order email address, upload your files, and we’ll get started right away. Your files are saved to your account for all future orders too.

Digital scan files are 3D images of your teeth that replace physical impressions. They provide a precise model of your smile and are the fastest way to get your appliance made. No impression kit, no waiting, no material distortion.

Accepted File Formats and Requirements
We process STL (stereolithography), OBJ (object file), and PLY (polygon file) formats. Binary or ASCII STL files both accepted. Compressed or uncompressed formats work. Ideal file size: 5-50MB per arch scan. Include both upper and lower scans when ordering appliances for multiple arches. Files should capture full dental arch including gingival margins. Export scans at standard resolution from your scanner software. Can not export files yourself? Ask your dentist to upload scans to the One Click portal on your behalf. Digital 3D images of your teeth created with an intraoral scanner, usually provided after braces or aligner treatment.
Most orthodontists or aligner providers can share them with you if you don’t already have a copy. Just ask for your intraoral scan files. You are entitled to a copy of your own records.
There is no file size limit on the portal. Upload everything you have. If you run into any issues, please contact us and we’ll sort it.
