How long does Venneir® take to dispatch?

Orders will be processed and sent same day if the order has been placed before 13:00 (GMT). Orders after that time will be dispatched next working day.

How long will my order take to arrive?

UK

Once dispatched, we aim for your order to arrive to you next working day, if your order is placed before 14:00.

Northern Ireland, Wales & Highlands

Once dispatched, your order will arrive within 2-3 working days.

Europe

Once dispatched, your order will arrive within 5-7 working days, assuming the package proceeds through customs without any problems.

USA and everywhere else.

Once dispatched, your order will arrive within 7-15 working days, assuming the package proceeds through customs without any problems.

Can I track my order?

Yes, tracking details will be emailed to you, and if you have chosen to leave your mobile number, tracking details will be sent via text message.

What courier does Venneir® use?

For orders within the UK, Northern Ireland, Wales, Scottish Highlands and Europe Venneir® use DPD.

Orders placed anywhere else the courier can vary.

Courier choice is also subject to whether strikes, or delays are happening at that point in time.

Venneir® will always try to use the fastest, most reliable courier available.

My order hasn't arrived what should I do?

If your order has not arrived do not worry, we will help you as swiftly as possible, please check when your order was placed as this may help.

If your order was placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday you can expect your order to arrived on Tuesday.

If your order was being sent outside the UK and 15 working days have passed, please get in touch with us.

Returns

Returns Policy

Sometimes, things don't quite go as planned, and that's perfectly fine! If you change your mind about your purchase, feel free to return your product to us.

  • Items must be returned to us within 30 days of your purchase date
  • Products must be returned unused, unopened and in original packaging
  • Custom products cannot be returned unless there are underlying issues with the product upon inspection
  • Due to safety regulations, impression kits are non-returnable and non-refundable, even if they remain unopened. However, we offer a partial refund with a £20 deduction to cover the cost of the impression kit, along with any applicable shipping charges
  • Contact our Customer Support team with photos of your unopened products and valid proof of purchase from Venneir.com, and wait for approval before sending them back to us
  • We do not provide prepaid shipping labels, and original shipping costs are excluded from the refund
  • Ensure your return has a tracking number and send it through to our team so we can confidently track your order back to our warehouse
  • Refunds are provided back to the original method of payment once it has been received and passed inspection from our warehouse
What is Venneir's return address?

Please do not send your return to an address you have came across online or from any packaging you have received from us, as we dispatch from many different locations around the country.

Contact us first before returning an item, to retrieve the relevant address for your order.

Can I update my shipping address?

This is possible on the occasion that your order has not already been dispatched. Please contact our team urgently if you have to update your address.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

If you need to adjust your order or cancel it, please contact us promptly using our Contact Form. Provide us with your order number, email address, and details of the changes you need.

We work hard to ensure fast delivery, which means once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

If your order has already been shipped, please get in touch with us, and we will be happy to assist you with returning your order.
