Load Your Trays
Apply a thin ribbon of PAP+ gel along the front inner surface of each tray. Less is more, you only need a small amount per tray for full coverage.

Fit & Activate
Press trays firmly into place, starting at the front. They should snap in snugly. Wipe away excess gel, then turn on the LED accelerator and position it comfortably.

Relax & Whiten
Wear for 30-60 minutes. Read, watch TV, unwind. When done, remove trays, rinse your mouth and trays with cool water, and store everything in your case.

Repeat & Glow
Use daily or as needed until you reach your desired shade. Then maintain with occasional touch-ups. Your custom trays last 12-18 months for ongoing brilliance.
