This is my second time using this company, and once again they've been excellent. DPD misplaced my 3D impressions, which worried me, but as soon as I emailed the team, they tracked down my models, completed my moulds, and sent everything back to me, including my new Venneir retainers. I'd recommend them to everyone, without hesitation!
The customer service was impeccable, they were so helpful and no question was left unanswered as I’ve not used this type of service for years. The whole process was very fast and it feels so nice to have a retainer again. Plus I got two cases upon delivery. I’d definitely use these guys again. 10/10.
Perfect outcome, very comfortable and strong for long lasting. The process was a few days from taking the impression and getting the retainers, very happy. Very reasonably priced, my dentist quoted me 400 pounds and this was 80.
Been using these products for around a year now and they really do keep my teeth white. The mouth wash is great, I use it in my water flosser. Also use the tooth paste as well. Would and have recommended 👍🏼
While taking dental impressions is very uncomfortable for me, the whole process with Venneir was very fast and easy. Communication was excellent and there were no delays. It only took a few days from the order date to receiving the final product. The guard fits my teeth perfectly for maximum protection 🤙🏻

Again, service was super quick. I sent the impressions on Monday and received the retainers on Friday. I'm very happy with my Essix retainers. The right side of the bottom one needed a bit of convincing at first but after a few nights wearing it, that's no longer an issue. My only regret is not having ordered an extra set. The impressions I sent had been previously used for the whitening retainers and I was worried that it wouldn't be so good for the Essix retainers. Well... I will definitely order another set in the future. Customer service still good as ever. Thank you very much.

Very happy with the quality and price of the retainers. They were delivered in 2 days as well which was a bonis. My dentist was going to charge £300 for replacement retainers so I simply paid them for the scan and managed to get two pairs for £150 from Venneir. The cases they came in are much sturdier than the ones the dentist offer too.

I've had a great experience with Venneir. Not only is the price extremely competitive, they also have really quick turnaround. I ordered the impression kit on a Monday, it arrived on a Tuesday. Sent my impressions back on Wednesday, and my retainers arrived at my doorstep Saturday morning. The CS team were also happy to answers questions to my queries and provided a new impression kit for remoulds. 10/10 experience, would buy from again.
I was unsure about ordering, spoke to customer service team who reassured me a little. I went ahead and ordered a top set firstly. had issues doing my own impression,(totally my fault) If I had persevered it would have been OK I live not far, so headed to clinic for a scan, treated so well whilst I was there. Anyway,,,,, to the point, wish I got them sooner. My teeth are terrible and I never smile, top set arrived today, easy to fit and straight away felt comfy, non obtrusive, and after an hour I never knew I was wearing them. My speech has improved, as I have no gaps now. Confidence........WOW ! Guess what ???? I am ordering the lowers as I write. Thank you to the team BTW first review I have ever exhaustibility written.
It was easy to order and delivery was super quick. The support team was great. Both on email and WhatsApp. Shout out to Andrew T, Michael A and Brian who were very patient answering all my questions. Although it was hard for me to stay still for 5 minutes, taking the impressions were very easy. I was worried that it would damage my fixed retainers but it didn't. I did rub a bit of coconut oil beforehand. The retainers fit well and don't hurt. I'm super happy. My dentist wanted £300 just for the top one. I'm glad I found Venneir. I'm going to order the Essix retainers right now. Thank you very much.

Very quick service. Support team were good and came in a nicely presented case with tools for removing the item. Considering the well known company that creates aligners my dentist was telling me 3 sets of final aligners would be £595. For that price I could buy 8 sets of Venniers and they do the same job! Quality product!
It is a second experience with Venneir and it was always smooth and fast. I am using their thicker retainers and so far they are amazing. I used my digital scan and it was no problem. I would highly recommend. Also the first time they provided excellent customer service, explained everything and helped me to process the order. Amazing communication and customer support. I was very impressed with the service from Venneir. I added the photos of my impressions to WhatsApp and then got approval really quickly and instructions on what to do next - this is a great idea so I don't have the risk of sending an impression that is not correct. When they were sent to the lab the turnaround to get my night guard was really quick. I was kept well informed at each stage. Thanks for a great service 😊

Having received a hefty quote from my dentist to get a mouth guard made I tried Venneir's self impressions kit which was very straightforward and provided a really well fitted and comfortable mouth guard. Would definitely recommend these!
The casting process was quite daunting but the videos were clear and the WhatsApp support was good. It turned out to be easier than I thought it’d be. The guard is very comfortable and actually feels better than the one my dentist helped me with several years ago! Much less expensive too! Thank you!

It’s too big for my jaw. The size that were offered weren’t small enough so the retainer it too long and hurts my gums. I am extremely disappointed and unhappy with this
