Important: If you have a single-arch kit (upper or lower only), use your first set of putty and contact us via WhatsApp. For dual-arch kits, take one impression (upper or lower) using one set of putty and contact us before continuing.

Shipping back to us typically takes 1-3 working days, depending on how often DPD collects from your chosen drop-off point. We recommend asking the staff there about their collection schedule, as some locations may only have one collection day per week.

For the fastest return, we strongly recommend using a DPD depot, as parcels dropped off at a depot are typically returned to us the next working day, ensuring it reaches us in just 1 working day. You can find your nearest DPD depot using this link https://d1-depots.dpd.co.uk/.

We strongly advise against using DPD lockers, as they are a newer service and may experience delays. If a DPD depot isn't an option, just be sure to check when your drop-off location schedules collections to avoid unnecessary delays.
