Important: To qualify, you must contact us within 24 hours of your product being delivered. We cannot make exceptions.

- ✖ Dissatisfaction based on results not promised or described — including expectations of straighter or corrected teeth when this was never offered

- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- This guarantee applies only to the first item in your order (not including the impression kit). Any additional products purchased in the same order—such as a second or third item—are not covered
- We recommend ordering one item first. If you’re happy with the result, we can remake further items using your original moulds
- This policy covers overall satisfaction, including appearance. Fit issues are handled separately under our warranty policy
- This guarantee does not cover unmet expectations where the product was misunderstood or misrepresented by the customer. Full product details and eligibility criteria are clearly provided before purchase and must be read before ordering.
