If an impression tray becomes lodged, do not attempt to force it out—seek immediate medical attention. The impression process is a physical task carried out independently by you, and is done entirely at your own discretion and risk. Venneir does not supervise or participate in the act of taking impressions, and therefore accepts no responsibility for any discomfort, injury, or complications that may arise as a result.
Our products can be used with existing dental work, including fixed metal retainers. However, Venneir cannot be held responsible for any damage to pre-existing dental fixtures, including retainers, that may occur during the impression process or while wearing our appliances. You are solely responsible for ensuring your dental fixtures are secure prior to taking impressions or using our products. If you have any concerns about the stability or integrity of your dental work—including crowns, bridges, or fixed retainers—we strongly advise consulting your dentist before proceeding. Taking impressions over loose, damaged, or recently fitted dental work may increase the risk of complications or damage, for which we cannot accept liability.

Our Click-In Veneers are custom-made cosmetic appliances designed to enhance the appearance of your existing smile by masking minor imperfections such as discolouration, small chips, minor gaps (under 2mm), or by replacing up to two missing teeth. They are not designed to move teeth or give the appearance of a straighter or corrected smile.
Eligibility Criteria
Before placing an order, all customers are required to complete a mandatory eligibility questionnaire at checkout. You must confirm that you do not have any of the following:
We clearly state that these veneers will not correct the position of your teeth, close large gaps, or replace the function of missing teeth. They are a cosmetic cover only, not a substitute for orthodontic or restorative dental treatment. You must also acknowledge that:
