What are Click-In Veneers?

Click-In Veneers are custom-made, removable veneers designed to instantly improve your smile by covering imperfections like stains, chips, or gaps. They are made from high-quality, durable materials (PETG) the same materials used for aligners and retainers to ensure comfort and a natural look.

How do I get started?

To get started, click on 'Choose my options' and then complete the questionnaire. Once you've placed your order, we'll send you an impression kit. Take your impressions at home and return them to us using the prepaid shipping label provided. Your custom veneers will be made and delivered within 3-5 working days after we receive your impressions.

Do I have to see a dentist?

No, there’s no need to visit a dentist. Our process is fully remote and designed to be simple and convenient from home. We’ll send you an impression kit with everything you need to take accurate moulds of your teeth.

Once we receive them, our dental technicians take it from there—designing and hand-finishing your veneers with expert care, all without you needing a dental appointment.

How many teeth does it cover?

Full-Arch Span

Our veneer can covers up to 16 teeth in one arch, so it gives the look of a complete smile, however this is based on factors laid out below:

Missing-Tooth Replacement: You can rebuild up to six missing teeth within that 16-tooth span, blending them seamlessly into your veneer.

Missing Four in a Row: If you have exactly four missing teeth side by side—front or back—we’ll replace all four, as long as there’s a healthy tooth at each end for the veneer to grip.

Missing Five or More in a Row at Front: Spans of five or more missing front teeth can’t be securely bridged, so a click-in veneer won’t work.

Missing Five or More in a Row at Back: If five or more back teeth are missing consecutively, the veneer covers the first four and then stops at the next natural tooth.

More Than Six Missing Total: Even if you’re missing more than six teeth overall, you can still get a veneer. Just select six teeth to rebuild; the appliance will span those replacements and then end at the next healthy natural tooth for a secure fit.

How will my smile look with Click-In Veneers?

Your veneers will seamlessly conceal and smooth over any chips, gaps or missing sections, ensuring your smile looks flawless, natural, and completely restored.

What shades are available?

Diamond White (BL1)

The brightest, most dazzling shade we carry. Think of the whitest “Hollywood smile” you’ve ever seen—BL1 is designed to look brilliantly bright (even a little “artificial”), like permanent veneers at their peak.

Natural White (A1)

The brightest shade that still reads as 100% natural. A1 mimics freshly professional-whitened teeth—clean and bright without ever looking overdone.

Ivory White (A2)

A warm, light ivory tone for genuinely natural-looking teeth. A2 gives you a subtle enhancement that never looks like intense whitening—just healthy, off-white perfection.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we offer flexible payment options through Klarna and Clearpay, making our Click-In Veneers accessible and affordable.

Why does Venneir ask so many questions?

We ask detailed questions because every set of click-in veneers by Venneir is individually handmade by our skilled dental technicians—nothing is mass-produced or 3D-printed.

Understanding the specifics of your smile helps us carefully tailor your veneers to fit precisely, comfortably, and naturally. The extra information you provide ensures the highest quality, bespoke results crafted specifically for your unique smile.

Do Click-In Veneers cover discoloured teeth?

Absolutely—they effectively conceal tooth discolouration, giving you a brighter, more confident smile.

I have crowns, bridges, implants, or veneers—can I still use them?

As long as your existing dental work is secure and stable, Click-In Veneers will work perfectly. If unsure, you can always email us at cs@venneir.com for personalised advice.

Can I use Click-In Veneers with gum disease or severe gum recession?

Unfortunately, severe gum disease or recession may make Click-In Veneers unsuitable. It's best to consult your dentist first.

My teeth are heavily ground down; can Click-In Veneers help?

If your teeth are significantly ground down, veneers might not be suitable. Feel free to email images to cs@venneir.com for individual advice.

Are Click-In Veneers suitable if I have loose or brittle teeth?

No—your teeth must be stable enough to securely hold the veneers in place.

Can I use Click-In Veneers if I have braces?

Not at the moment. You'll need to wait until your braces are removed to ensure a perfect fit.

I have an underbite, overbite, or crossbite—can I still use them?

Yes, but we recommend occasional use if you have a severe bite misalignment. Minor overbites or crossbites usually aren’t an issue.

Can I use Click-In Veneers if I have a fixed retainer?

You can use Click-In Veneers if you have a fixed retainer, as long as it is secure and fully bonded. However, veneers aren’t suitable if you currently have braces. If you're unsure about your fixed retainer.

Materials

Will they Stain?

Click-In Veneers are made from stain-resistant material, but like anything white, they’re not stain-proof. To keep them fresh, avoid things like red wine, curries, and coffee when possible—or rinse soon after.

How long do Click-In Veneers last?

With proper care, your Click-In Veneers can last several years. Longevity depends on usage and care, but they typically provide excellent durability for everyday activities.

If you wore them every day and eat foods and drinks each day, they may last up to 12 months.

What are they made from?

Our Click-in Veneers are made from medical-grade PETG.

What makes Venneir Click-In Veneers different?

Our veneers are handmade by highly experienced dental technicians in our advanced lab facility at BioCity, Scotland, using precision 3D scanning and cutting-edge fabrication techniques. Quality, comfort, and a natural appearance are guaranteed.

Missing Teeth

Can Click-In Veneers replace missing teeth?

Yes we can replace and rebuild missing teeth you give you a natural looking smile again.

How many missing teeth will it cover?

We can rebuild up to six teeth per arch, seamlessly blending them with your natural smile.

What if I'm missing 4 teeth in a row?

We can replace up to four front teeth in a row — but only if there’s a natural tooth at each end of the gap for the veneer to grip onto. If you’re missing five or more front teeth side by side, we won’t be able to cover that span with a click-in veneer and this appliance wont work for you.

For back teeth, we can replace the four in a row — If you’re missing five or more teeth next to each other at the back, you can still order—but they will end at the last natural tooth before the gap. The veneers cannot extend over the empty space because, without any teeth there to anchor it, it would have nothing to hold onto and would be loose in your mouth.

What if I have more than 6 missing teeth?

If you have more than 6 teeth missing on an arch we can still help— Select six missing teeth at the questionnaire, and we will replace them; your veneers will then end at the next natural gap.

Chipped & Broken Teeth

Will Click-In Veneers cover chips effectively?

Yes—your Click-In Veneers will neatly conceal small chips by fitting snugly over your teeth, providing a smooth, even edge and a polished appearance.

Can click-in veneers fix broken teeth?

Click-in veneers don’t repair broken teeth, but they cover them up to give the appearance of a full, even smile. They’re ideal if you’ve chipped or damaged a tooth and want a quick, non-invasive way to improve how your smile looks — without going to the dentist.

Keep in mind, they’re purely cosmetic and don’t treat the actual tooth underneath.

Gaps That Aren't Missing Teeth

Can Click-In Veneers close small gaps effectively?

Yes—our Click-In Veneers are ideal for seamlessly covering and closing small gaps, creating a smooth, even, and natural-looking smile.

Can Click-In Veneers fix large gaps?

Absolutely! Our veneers effectively close larger gaps. For these spaces, we carefully custom-build extensions to naturally and comfortably fill the area.

Functionality

Can I eat and drink while wearing them?

Yes, it is possible to eat while wearing the veneers, even if you have missing teeth. They are designed to give the look of a full smile, and many customers wear them while eating light foods or drinking on a night out.

That said, they are delicate. The veneers are made from strong plastic but are only about 0.6mm thick. Biting into hard foods like nuts, boiled sweets, or crusty bread can crack or damage them, especially if you use your back teeth.

If you decide to eat with them in, do so at your own risk. Stick to soft foods where possible to help them last longer. Drinking is generally fine, but avoid very hot drinks and rinse your mouth if you've had anything sugary or acidic.

Is the veneer hollow? Can I bite and chew normally?

No—the veneer is made of solid, durable material that fills in the missing areas, so you can bite and chew just like your natural teeth.

Are they safe for everyday use?

Yes, Click-In Veneers are safe for daily wear. Made from dental-grade materials, they are non-abrasive, enamel-safe, and designed to fit comfortably and securely over your existing teeth.

Can I smoke with them in?

Yes, you can. But just like natural teeth, smoking may cause surface discolouration over time. We recommend removing your veneers when smoking to keep them looking their best for longer.

Can I kiss with them in?

Absolutely. They’re secure and natural-looking, so you can kiss confidently without worry.

Will I have a lisp?

No, you won’t have a lisp. Our veneers are designed to follow the natural shape and movement of your mouth, so you can speak clearly and comfortably from the moment you put them in.

Can I take the veneers out?

Yes, they're fully removable. No glue, no dentist visit — just click it in and out whenever you like.

Fitting

How do they stay on?

They’re designed to snap on like a retainer — secure, smooth, and made to match the shape of your teeth. If you haven’t worn a retainer or aligner before, think of it like a phone case: it clicks into place and comes off just as easily.

What if my Click-In Veneers don't fit properly?

If your veneers do not fit correctly upon arrival, please contact our customer support immediately. We offer adjustments or replacements free of charge to ensure a perfect fit.

Will they fall off easily?

No—they’re made from your exact dental impressions and click securely into place, snapping on and off like a retainer. If you’re not familiar with retainers, you can think of it like how a phone case fits.

This option is perfect if your main concerns are minor cosmetic imperfections such as:

What is the "Rebuild My Smile" option?

Our Rebuild My Smile veneers carefully reconstruct missing or damaged areas of your teeth to restore a natural-looking, symmetrical, and comfortable smile. Every extension is individually designed to match your smile perfectly.

When should I choose the "Rebuild My Smile" veneers?

This option suits you best if you have more significant dental imperfections or spacing issues, including:

Production Timeline Policy

Production begins once your impression has been received by our lab. Please note the following:

• Production time is calculated in working/business days only. This excludes weekends and bank holidays.

• If your impression arrives after 4:00 PM, the production timeline will begin on the next working day.

Rebuild My Smile

If you’ve got missing teeth, missing parts of teeth, larger damage or uneven spacing, we’ll carefully rebuild those areas into a natural-looking, functional smile. Every extension is custom-made for symmetry and comfort.

When should you choose this?

You must choose this option if you have any of the following:

• Missing teeth

• Larger chips or broken teeth

• Cracked teeth that need full coverage

• Wider gaps between teeth

• Teeth that haven’t grown in properly

• Severe wear from grinding

• Short or flattened teeth

• Unusual tooth shapes like peg laterals

• Irregular-looking teeth needing a more natural shape

• A single damaged or discoloured tooth that stands out

No Rebuild Needed

Slip on a brighter, confident smile in seconds. These veneers will take the shape of your existing teeth — if you are missing any teeth or have chips, gaps, or anything that would require us to modify your smile you must choose 'Rebuild my smile' .

When should you choose this?

You should choose this when you want the click-in veneers to take the shape of your natural teeth with no work done to your smile, only the shade needs improved.

We can still help—even if you have six missing teeth. Select six missing teeth, and we will replace them; your veneers will then end at the next natural gap.

What if I have more than 3 large gaps?

If you have more than three large gaps over 1.5 mm each, we can still make this for you. However, your veneers will cover only the three selected large gaps and up to six missing teeth, and then end at the next natural gap.

How do I proceed with this?

When you reach the questionnaire section about missing teeth and large gaps, simply select the maximum allowed number.

We will then design your appliance to cover that maximum—both replacing teeth and filling gaps—and it will end at the next natural gap.

Warranty Policy

1. Definitions

“Product” means any custom-made appliance supplied by Venneir, including but not limited to retainers, whitening trays, night guards, and clip-in veneers.

“Manufacturer’s Warranty” refers to Venneir’s 14-day remake policy offered as a goodwill gesture, as outlined in this Policy and our Terms and Conditions.

“Claim” means a request by the Customer for remediation under this Warranty Policy.

2. Warranty Period

The Warranty applies for fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the Product is delivered to the Customer. Claims made outside this period will not be eligible for review.

3. Scope of Warranty

This policy covers fitting issues, defects in materials, or manufacturing errors that arise solely from Venneir’s workmanship.

If a valid Claim is approved, Venneir will remake and replace the Product at no charge. One remake is permitted per order, regardless of arch or product type.

4. Warranty Exclusions

This Warranty does not cover issues resulting from:

Repairs, modifications, or alterations by any party other than Venneir;
Loss, accidental damage, or mishandling of the Product after delivery;
Staining, discoloration, or deterioration due to improper cleaning or storage;
Dissatisfaction with cosmetic appearance when the Product fits as designed;
Failure to follow impression instructions or provide suitable impressions;
Anatomical limitations or dental changes outside of Venneir’s control.

5. Claim Procedure

To initiate a Claim, the Customer must, within the 14-day period:

Complete Venneir’s online contact form or email us directly;
Provide clear video evidence of the appliance being inserted and removed;
Include a close-up showing how the Product fits (or does not fit);
Include a brief verbal explanation of the issue.

Venneir will review the evidence and notify the Customer of next steps within seven (7) business days. We may request new impressions or scans before proceeding with a remake.

6. Remedies

If the Claim is approved, Venneir will remake and dispatch the replacement Product at no cost to the Customer.
Only one remake is permitted per order. If the second appliance does not fit, no further remakes or refunds will be offered.
Venneir’s liability is limited to the cost of the original Product. We are not liable for consequential or incidental losses, including dental fees or emotional distress.

7. Cleaning & Maintenance

Clean custom-made appliances with cold water or a specialist retainer cleaner.
Do not use hot water, abrasive materials, or household cleaners. Doing so may damage the Product and void the Warranty.

8. General Provisions

This Warranty Policy forms part of Venneir’s overall Terms and Conditions. It constitutes the full warranty agreement between Venneir and the Customer.

Venneir disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

If any provision of this Policy is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Any tooth that’s cracked, broken, severely chipped (over ¼ gone), or fully absent is considered “missing” for our rebuild process.

What if I’m missing five or more teeth next to each other?

• Within Your front Teeth (front 6):

If you’re missing more than five or more front teeth next to each other, we won’t be able to cover that span with a click-in veneer and this appliance wont work for you.

• Back Teeth:

If you’re missing five or more teeth next to each other at the back, you can still order—but they will end at the last natural tooth before the gap. The veneers cannot extend over the empty space because, without any teeth there to anchor it, it would have nothing to hold onto and would be loose in your mouth.

How do I proceed with more than 6 missing teeth?

On the questionnaire simply select the maximum allowed number of missing teeth.

We will then design your appliance to rebuild and cover 6 missing teeth and fill gaps, ending at the next natural gap.

Should I choose No Rebuild Needed?

Should I choose Rebuild My Smile

If you’ve got missing teeth, missing parts of teeth, larger damage or uneven spacing, we’ll carefully rebuild those areas into a natural-looking, functional smile. Every extension is custom-made for symmetry and comfort.

When should you choose this?

You must choose this option if you have any of the following:

• Teeth that haven’t grown in properly

Small Gaps

Noticeable spaces between your teeth that are less than the width of two standard plastic bank cards — about 1.5 mm in total.

What is a small gap?

If one bank card fits comfortably between your teeth but two won’t slide in side by side, you’ve got a small gap. Each card is about 0.76 mm thick, so anything below 1.5 mm qualifies.

Will click-in veneers fix this?

Yes — our veneers are perfect for closing these kinds of gaps. They smooth over the space for a full, even smile.

What if your gaps are bigger?

If you can fit two bank cards side by side between your teeth, select “Large Gaps” instead — we’ll need to plan a subtle rebuild to blend everything naturally.

Large Gaps

Spaces between your teeth that are wide enough to fit two or more plastic bank cards side by side — that’s roughly 1.5 mm or more in width.

What is a large gap?

If you can easily slide two debit or credit cards into the space without force, that’s a large gap. If it only fits one, it’s considered small.

Can click-in veneers fix large gaps?

Yes — they can close wider gaps too. For larger spaces, we’ll custom-build extensions to fill the space naturally and comfortably.

Will this require a rebuild?

Yes. Large gaps require us to extend the tooth shapes more significantly. That’s why you’ll move forward to the rebuild planning step — we’ll design the veneers to fill your smile seamlessly.

How big can the gaps be?

Large gaps can be anything from just over 1.5 mm all the way up to the width of a full tooth.

To close these, we extend the surrounding teeth on either side to complete the look of your smile. If the space is about the size of a full tooth, we may fill it with a lifelike artificial tooth — but only where it looks natural.

For example, if the gap is between your two front teeth, we won’t place an extra front tooth in the middle. Instead, we’ll reshape the area so it blends seamlessly with your natural smile.

What if I have more than 3 large gaps?

If you have more than three large gaps over 1.5 mm each, we can still make this for you. However, your veneers will cover only the three selected large gaps and up to six missing teeth, and then end at the next natural gap.

How do I proceed if I have more than 3?

Simply select the maximum allowed number.

We will then design your appliance to cover that maximum—both replacing teeth and filling gaps—and it will end at the next natural gap.

What will it look like once it’s done?

The veneers will completely close the gaps, giving you a full, even, gap-free smile. Everything is designed to look natural — no one will ever know.

A “chipped” tooth is one where only a small piece—less than about ¼ of its height—is broken off or cracked. If you’ve lost more than that, mark it as “missing.”

These Terms set out how we supply products and services to you, including your legal rights and obligations. By using this website or placing an order, you accept all the provisions in full.

1. Who We Are and How to Contact Us

Custom-made dental appliances based on your impressions, created by qualified professionals in compliance with UK regulations
Standard retail dental products such as toothpaste, mouthwash, and tongue scrapers

3. Appliance Terms

Our custom appliances are designed solely for cosmetic enhancement. They are not dental medical devices, do not improve chewing or alignment, and fit may vary based on dental anatomy and impression quality.

4. Retail Products Terms

Retail items are sold as is. They must be used according to instructions. Faulty items are handled under UK consumer law. Returns are accepted only if unopened and within 14 days.

5. Click-In Veneers: Eligibility & Refund Policy

These are cosmetic appliances only and not intended to correct tooth alignment. Before ordering, you must confirm:

You understand they are cosmetic only
Your dental profile qualifies according to the questionnaire
You have verified eligibility and accepted our Terms

If incorrect information is supplied, cancellation will result in a £125 fee, deducted from any refund as allowed under UK law for bespoke goods, even though cooling-off rights do not automatically apply.

6. Your Responsibilities

You must provide accurate impressions, photos, and health information. If impressions are unusable due to inaccuracy, a new kit must be purchased. Mistakes or misrepresentation may result in cancellation or additional charges.

7. Health, Safety & Appropriate Use

Not suitable for children, orthodontic users, or those with loose dental work, gum disease, or TMJ issues. If discomfort or damage occurs, stop use and see your dentist. Keep appliances below 30 °C.

8. Allergies

If you have allergies to silicone or other materials, inform us in advance. We cannot advise, and are not liable, if not notified.

9. Fixed Retainers and Other Dental Work

Our appliances may be worn with fixed retainers or other dental work. However, we do not accept liability for any damage to existing dental fixtures during impression taking or use. Ensure all dental work is stable before using our products.

10. Warranty & Remake Policy

If your appliance does not fit correctly, we offer one complimentary remake as a goodwill gesture. This is subject to the following conditions:

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your appliance.
You must provide clear video evidence showing:
- The appliance being inserted and removed from your mouth
- A close-up view of how the appliance fits or does not fit
- A brief verbal explanation of the issue

We may request new impressions or scans before proceeding with the remake. Only one remake is permitted per order.

If the second appliance still does not fit, no further remakes or refunds will be offered. At this stage, the product has been manufactured precisely to the impression or scan data you provided. Fit issues at this point are due to factors outside of our control, such as changes in your dental profile, limitations in your anatomy, or inaccuracies in the impression you submitted.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your impressions or scans are accurate and taken according to our guidance. We strongly recommend reviewing our impression guide and seeking professional advice before placing an order if you have any doubts.

11. Cooling-Off Period & Returns

Cooling-Off Period

Although UK distance selling rules typically offer a 14-day cancellation right, bespoke custom-made goods are exempt. Nonetheless, we voluntarily offer a 14-day cooling-off period from the date the impression kit is delivered — provided the kit remains unopened and unused, you may cancel by contacting us. A £25 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. You must return the kit at your own expense. Once the kit is used or impressions have been submitted, the cooling-off period ends and the order is final.

Post-Cooling-Off Cancellation (Pre-Manufacture)

If you cancel after the cooling-off period but before manufacture begins, a £125 cancellation fee will apply. This fee reflects administration and loss of production resources. If your order value is less than £125, your refund will be capped at the order value.

False or Incomplete Information

If cancellation is due to supplying false or misleading information, the £125 cancellation fee applies. If your information was accurate but your case is deemed unsuitable, you will receive a full refund.

Defective Appliances

If an appliance is defective, and you provide required evidence, we will offer one complimentary remake. If the defect persists, please refer to section 10.

12. Shipping & Delivery

We are not liable for delays or loss once items ship. Report issues within 10 days. Any “leave safe” deliveries are at your risk. Returned parcels due to failed delivery may incur reshipping charges. Mainland UK return shipping may be refunded up to £4. You are responsible for customs or import duties.

13. Order Formation & Changes

A contract begins upon our order confirmation email. We may cancel for misuse, nonpayment, chargebacks, or unsuitable impressions. Changes are permitted only before manufacturing commences.

14. Pricing & Errors

Prices include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before order acceptance, and will inform you promptly.

15. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and designs on this site are owned by Venneir. You may not copy or misuse them.

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or courier disruptions.

17. Medical Disclaimer

Information on our site is for general use only and not medical advice. Consult your dentist for any health concerns.

18. Liability Limitation

Except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, our liability is limited to the amount you paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as dental fees, loss of earnings, or emotional distress.
