Before sending anything back, please read the guidelines below carefully. What you can return depends on the product type and its current status. If you're unsure, email us at cs@venneir.com before posting anything.

Check your eligibility

Review the guidelines below to confirm your item is eligible for return. Not all products can be returned, and custom-made appliances have specific conditions.

Contact us first

Email cs@venneir.com with your order number, the item you're returning, and your reason. Do not send anything back without contacting us first, unannounced returns cannot be processed.

Pack your item securely

Use appropriate packaging to protect the item in transit. For appliance remakes, include the original appliance and everything that came with it in the original order.

Send with tracked postage

Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is confirmed faulty. We recommend using a tracked service. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Await confirmation

Once we receive and assess your return, we'll be in touch. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.

Return postage and address

Returns are sent back at your own expense. We recommend using a tracked service, we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved by our team, we will provide you with the correct return address by email. Please do not send anything back until you have received confirmation from us. Unannounced returns cannot be processed and may delay the outcome of your case.

Retail Products

Toothpaste, mouthwash, and tongue scrapers can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging. You cover return postage unless the item is faulty.

Impression Kits

If your impression kit is still unopened, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. A £25 restocking fee applies. Once the kit has been opened or impressions submitted, the order is final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Custom Appliances

Custom-made appliances are manufactured specifically for you and cannot be returned for a refund once production has begun. If your appliance has a confirmed manufacturing defect, you may be eligible for one complimentary remake — see our Refund Policy for full conditions.

Faulty or Defective Items

Defective ItemsIf your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos or video evidence. For appliance remakes, you must return the original appliance and all included items. Approved cases receive one complimentary remake.
