Venneir Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") set out the basis on which we supply products and services to you. They outline your legal rights and responsibilities, our legal rights and responsibilities, and provide key information required by law.
Please read these Terms carefully before placing your order. By ordering from Venneir, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

"We", "Us" or "Our" means Venneir (Company No. SC622322). Our registered office address is Venneir, 4 Lynedoch Place, Glasgow, Scotland, G3 6AB. Our principal place of business is located at 54 Oswald Street, Glasgow, G1 4PL.

3. COSMETIC MISSING TOOTH RETAINERS
Our missing tooth retainers are cosmetic appliances designed to cover visible gaps in the front teeth. They are not dentures or partial dentures, and they do not restore chewing ability or function.
- Are purely cosmetic and do not restore bite or chewing function
- Do not include clasps, adhesives, or dental fittings typically found in dentures
- Are intended to cover one or more missing teeth, but are not suitable for full-arch replacement
- Fit securely like a standard cosmetic retainer
- Provide a discreet, natural-looking solution while awaiting dental treatment or as a temporary cosmetic alternative
These retainers are not sold as medical devices.
4. TERMS OF SALE
Our products are custom-made and may vary in shape, size, and structure compared to images on our website.
We promise to provide a high-quality product that fits securely and enhances appearance, based on the accuracy of the impressions you provide.
5. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You agree to provide accurate dental impressions and photographs for assessment.
- If reusing impressions on file, you accept full responsibility for any changes in your dental profile that may affect the fit.
- If you receive a faulty product, you agree to give us the opportunity to remake it after providing sufficient evidence.
6. IMPORTANT HEALTH INFORMATION
Our products are not a substitute for professional dental examinations. Please consult your dentist before use if you have:
- Loose teeth, crowns, veneers, fillings, fixed retainers, bondings and all other dental work or part of your dental profile that may be loose.
- Jaw pain, clicking, or difficulty chewing
- Gaps larger than 1mm
- Mouth protrusions or bone growths (tori)
If an impression tray becomes lodged, do not attempt to force it out—seek immediate medical attention. The impression process is a physical task carried out independently by you, and is done entirely at your own discretion and risk. Venneir does not supervise or participate in the act of taking impressions, and therefore accepts no responsibility for any discomfort, injury, or complications that may arise as a result.
7. FIXED RETAINERS
Our products can be used with existing dental work, including fixed metal retainers. However, Venneir cannot be held responsible for any damage to pre-existing dental fixtures, including retainers, that may occur during the impression process or while wearing our appliances. You are solely responsible for ensuring your dental fixtures are secure prior to taking impressions or using our products. If you have any concerns about the stability or integrity of your dental work—including crowns, bridges, or fixed retainers—we strongly advise consulting your dentist before proceeding. Taking impressions over loose, damaged, or recently fitted dental work may increase the risk of complications or damage, for which we cannot accept liability.
