Does Venneir accept returns?
Venneir® can accept a return on the basis that the item has been unopened, has not been used and is returned within 14 days of the order being placed.
Important returns information
To return an order, please make sure the item is unopened, and in its original packaging.
Items must be returned within 14 days of the order being placed.
Once you have the tracking number, you need to send this to us by either filling out a form on our website by clicking here, or by emailing us directly at customerservices@venneir.com.
Venneir® will not accept any responsibility for lost returns in transit back to us.
