The Do's

Always rinse your appliance with cool or lukewarm water every time you remove it. This helps wash away saliva and food particles before they harden, reducing bacteria, odour, and staining. Never use hot water, as it can damage or warp the material.

Wash your appliance daily with a gentle, fragrance-free soap and a soft toothbrush to remove plaque and debris. For a deeper clean, soak it a few times a week in appliance cleaning tablets. Avoid toothpaste, as it can scratch the surface and make it cloudy.

When not in use, keep your appliance in the protective case provided. This prevents loss, damage, or contamination. Never wrap it in tissue or store it loose in a bag or pocket, as it may dry out, break, or be thrown away by mistake.

The Don'ts

All appliances are heat-sensitive and can warp if exposed to high temperatures. Do not use boiling water, dishwashers, or microwaves, and avoid leaving them in direct sunlight. Even short exposure to heat can affect the fit and shorten their lifespan.

Toothpaste may clean teeth, but it’s too harsh for your appliance. It can scratch the surface, leading to buildup, cloudiness, and a shorter lifespan.

Always ensure your appliance is completely dry before storing it. Trapped moisture can encourage mould or bacteria buildup. Pat it dry with a clean tissue or let it air dry fully before placing it in your case.

Bacteria build up fast. If your appliance goes in a dirty case, it picks up everything inside. Wash it regularly with soap and warm water.

If you’re using a cleaning tablet or solution, stick to the recommended time. Over-soaking can weaken the plastic or corrode any metal.
