Your moulds will be carefully handled, and once we’ve created an accurate copy, they’ll be sent back to you safely.

Please note we cannot accept 3d scan files, or use old retainers as your mould.

Taking your impressions is quick, simple, and stress-free. You’ll get easy-to-follow written instructions and a step-by-step video tutorial to guide you through the process. Once you’ve taken your impressions, send us photos for a quick review to ensure they’re perfect. After approval, return them using the prepaid label.

Using your impressions, we’ll create upper & lower whitening trays that are custom-made, comfortable, and work effectively.

We'll ship these whitening trays out to you next working-day along with your Pro Whitening Kit.

Prepare Your Trays
Apply the PAP Whitening Gel evenly into the reservoirs of the upper and lower trays.

Insert Trays and Connect the LED Light
Place the trays snugly over your teeth and connect the LED light to your phone. The built-in timer runs for 16 minutes; complete two rounds for best results.

Rinse and Clean
Remove the trays, rinse your mouth thoroughly, and clean the trays and LED light.
