• Items must be returned to us within 30 days of your purchase date
• Products must be returned unused, unopened and in original packaging
• Custom products cannot be returned unless there are underlying issues with the product upon inspection
• Due to strict health and safety regulations, impression kits and additional putty are non-returnable and non-refundable, even if unused or unopened. However, we offer a partial refund with a £20 deduction to cover the cost of the impression kit, along with any applicable shipping charges. These items are classified as medical devices and cannot be resold or reused once dispatched, ensuring compliance with government legislation and COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) guidelines. • Contact our Customer Support team with photos of your unopened products and valid proof of purchase from Venneir.com, and wait for approval before sending them back to us
• We do not provide prepaid shipping labels, and original shipping costs are excluded from the refund
• Ensure your return has a tracking number and send it through to our team so we can confidently track your order back to our warehouse
• Refunds are provided back to the original method of payment once it has been received and passed inspection from our warehouse

What is covered under the warranty?

Our warranty covers issues related to manufacturing defects or fitting problems reported within 30 days of receiving your product.

What should I do if I notice an issue?

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your product. Please provide a clear description of the issue and attach photos for inspection.

How will the issue be resolved?

Once we receive your report, our team will inspect the details provided. If the issue is covered by the warranty, we will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

What happens if I report an issue after 30 days?

Issues reported after the 30-day warranty period are not covered. However, we may offer discounted options for replacements as a goodwill gesture.

What proof do I need to provide?

Please include photos showing the issue clearly and provide your order details (order number, date of purchase).

Are there any exclusions to the warranty?

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or improper care of the product.

Please do not send your return to an address you have came across online or from any packaging you have received from us, as we dispatch from many different locations around the country.
