Warranty Policy

1. Definitions

“Product” means any custom-made appliance supplied by Venneir, including but not limited to retainers, whitening trays, night guards, and clip-in veneers.

“Manufacturer’s Warranty” refers to Venneir’s 14-day remake policy offered as a goodwill gesture, as outlined in this Policy and our Terms and Conditions.

“Claim” means a request by the Customer for remediation under this Warranty Policy.

2. Warranty Period

The Warranty applies for fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the Product is delivered to the Customer. Claims made outside this period will not be eligible for review.

3. Scope of Warranty

This policy covers fitting issues, defects in materials, or manufacturing errors that arise solely from Venneir’s workmanship.

If a valid Claim is approved, Venneir will remake and replace the Product at no charge. One remake is permitted per order, regardless of arch or product type.

4. Warranty Exclusions

This Warranty does not cover issues resulting from:

  • Repairs, modifications, or alterations by any party other than Venneir;
  • Loss, accidental damage, or mishandling of the Product after delivery;
  • Staining, discoloration, or deterioration due to improper cleaning or storage;
  • Dissatisfaction with cosmetic appearance when the Product fits as designed;
  • Failure to follow impression instructions or provide suitable impressions;
  • Anatomical limitations or dental changes outside of Venneir’s control.

5. Claim Procedure

To initiate a Claim, the Customer must, within the 14-day period:

  • Complete Venneir’s online contact form or email us directly;
  • Provide clear video evidence of the appliance being inserted and removed;
  • Include a close-up showing how the Product fits (or does not fit);
  • Include a brief verbal explanation of the issue.

Venneir will review the evidence and notify the Customer of next steps within seven (7) business days. We may request new impressions or scans before proceeding with a remake.

6. Remedies

  • If the Claim is approved, Venneir will remake and dispatch the replacement Product at no cost to the Customer.
  • Only one remake is permitted per order. If the second appliance does not fit, no further remakes or refunds will be offered.
  • Venneir’s liability is limited to the cost of the original Product. We are not liable for consequential or incidental losses, including dental fees or emotional distress.

7. Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Clean custom-made appliances with cold water or a specialist retainer cleaner.
  • Do not use hot water, abrasive materials, or household cleaners. Doing so may damage the Product and void the Warranty.

8. General Provisions

This Warranty Policy forms part of Venneir’s overall Terms and Conditions. It constitutes the full warranty agreement between Venneir and the Customer.

Venneir disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

If any provision of this Policy is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
