To qualify, you must contact us within 24 hours of your product being delivered. We cannot make exceptions.

– We recommend ordering one item first. If you’re happy with the result, we can remake further items using your original moulds

– This policy covers overall satisfaction, including appearance. Fit issues are handled separately under our warranty policy
