Warranty policy

1. Definitions

“Product” means any custom-made appliance supplied by Venneir, including but not limited to retainers, whitening trays, night guards, and clip-in veneers.

“Manufacturer’s Warranty” means the 14-day warranty provided by Venneir as set out in this Policy.

“Claim” means a request by the Customer for remediation under the Manufacturer’s Warranty.

2. Warranty Period

The Manufacturer’s Warranty applies for fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the Product is delivered to the Customer.

3. Scope of Warranty

This warranty covers defects in materials, manufacturing errors, and fitting issues that arise solely from Venneir’s workmanship.

If a valid Claim is made, Venneir will, at its option, remake and replace the Product at no additional charge:

• Up to two (2) arches for dual-arch orders; or
• One (1) arch for single-arch orders.

4. Warranty Exclusions

The Manufacturer’s Warranty does not cover issues resulting from:

• Repairs, modifications, or alterations performed by any party other than Venneir;
• Accidental damage, loss, or misplacement of the Product;
• Staining, discoloration, or wear due to improper cleaning or storage;
• Dissatisfaction with appearance when the Product fits correctly (an adjustment period of up to 14 days is normal).

5. Claim Procedure

To initiate a Claim, the Customer must, within the Warranty Period:

• Complete Venneir’s online contact form;
• Upload clear photographs and a short video demonstrating the defect or fitting issue.

Venneir will review the submission and notify the Customer of its decision and any next steps within seven (7) business days.

6. Remedies

• Upon acceptance of a valid Claim, Venneir will remake and dispatch the replacement Product at no cost to the Customer.
• Venneir’s liability under this Policy is strictly limited to replacement of the Product and does not extend to incidental or consequential damages.

7. Cleaning & Maintenance

• Clean custom-made appliances only with cold water or a specialist retainer cleaner.
• Use of hot water, abrasive substances, or household cleaning agents may damage the Product and will void the Manufacturer’s Warranty.

8. General Provisions

This Policy constitutes the entire warranty agreement between Venneir and the Customer with respect to the Product.

No other warranties, express or implied, are granted, and Venneir expressly disclaims all other warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

In the event any provision of this Policy is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
